This is an event to raise money via sponsorship for the Earl Mountbatten Hospice and is organised by the East Cowes Sailing Club. There is an 18nm course also or you can just join for the evening BBQ, live band and bar at the SC.

The SC is a 5 minute walk from East Cowes Marina, heading towards the town centre, down a pathway just after the Victoria Tavern.

East Cowes Marina offer berths for the Friday and Saturday night for only 15 pounds per boat, PLUS 5 pounds in cash which is donated to the charity. You will need to book your own berth on 01983 293983 for the event. Please download and send in your entry form to the event organisers – see website details below. If you have a BOA burgee please hoist this when you arrive at the Marina, so we can find one another but hopefully we will all be in the visitor’s area.

A few skippers are happy to take crew if you don’t want to race in your own boat and I am happy to co-ordinate finding spaces if you let me know.
